Canada Day, Ottawa - July 1-3, 2004
I visited my old buddies, Nick and Darren in Ottawa, for my ritual celebration of Canada Day in our nation's capitol. There's a secret recipe for a great Canada Day in Ottawa. Good friends, great food, golf, fireworks, a little dash of football ... and maybe, if you're feeling parched, a cold beer.

The party we were at, had in attendance, Jesse Palmer - TV's recent 'The Bachelor', also of the New York Giants. I don't really watch that show, but I recognized him from football and when I suggested that someone snap a picture with me and him, I was told "you're walking home if you take a picture with that homo Bachelor Guy". Not my words, I have no problem with the guy.

Its from this point forward that Canada Day becomes blurry.

The Day After Canada Day, we hit the links. And after that we went to see the Ottawa Renegades - Edmonton Eskimos.

This is Canada's new War Museum, under construction.

And home to Toronto.
