Pro's Italy Excursion 2005
May 13 - 28 in Italy, Cosenza (Calabria); Asiago (Vicenza); Florence; Rome.
I put on approximately 4 kg in the process of I making up the phrase "hat trick of daily gelato" ... I also found out, during that same research, that the word "Tripletto" (correct applicable direct soccer translation of 'Hat Trick" ...as in "Tripletto di Gelati") is also used to describe, in Bill Clinton's words, "sexual relations" (where the number of participants is three). Suffice it to say, I ate a lot of ice cream and 'Tripletto di Gelati' is acceptable.
And I ate it in Cozenza, Sicily, Asiago, Vicenza, Florence, San Gumignano, Roma and I had the best time doing it to because I ate it with great people in great places. Three a day. Lots of coffee too.
It was just good. Anyway, there are pics posted on two pages - one with places and one with people. Both pages (as does this) have counters ... I'm interested in seeing whether people like people or places more.
I'm also interested in finding a good line on gelato in Toronto.
